CD RECORDING PROJECTIn January of 2009 the Music Matters Steel Band traveled to Champaign, IL to record two albums, PANGEA and Birth of Steel, at Pogo Studios a professional recording studio. What an amazing day of great music and friendship. This project allowed band members to experience what it is like to record in a professional studio and learn some recording basics.
PANGEA and Birth of Steel are now available. All proceeds go towards tuning/maintaining the instruments, music, guest artists, and the purchase of new instruments. To make a donation to receive your own copies of the either PANGEA or Birth of Steel, please call 630-406-8742
